Training Tip of the Week
Training Tip of the week: Consuming enough liquids to keep your body functioning at its peak is important at all times of the year, not just in the summer. The most efficient way to stay well hydrated is to drink water all day long, not just before you go out to run or on the run. Drinking just before you run can make you uncomfortable and unless you are running on a very humid or very hot day, or going out for your long run, staying hydrated all day every day negates the need to carry water. Join Team Blythedale as they run the 2017 Synchrony Financial Rock 'n' Roll Brooklyn 1/2 Marathon & 5 Mile finish line on October 14.
