Honoring Jordana

Join Us for A Celebration of Blythedale on May 3

Blythedale’s Annual Spring Event A Celebration of Blythedale will take place on Wednesday, May 3rd at Tribeca Rooftop. We are delighted to honor Jordana Holovach - Blythedale Trustee, Grateful Parent and Founder of Jacob’s Cure - for her work on behalf of children with complex medical needs.

Jordana's son, Jacob, was diagnosed with Canavan disease - a devastating genetic illness - when he was six months old. With an infectious smile and joyful personality, Jacob made an impact on the life of everyone he met during his life.

Funds raised from A Celebration of Blythedale will support Blythedale’s Assistive Technology Center. As technology continues to advance, children with special needs are becoming increasingly more integrated into the world around them. Assistive Technology opens the doors for children with special medical needs to increase participation in school settings, build social interactions, and access their environments in a variety of specialized ways.
